We are both deeply rooted in our origins. Klara grew up in the cool, wild surroundings of the natural porphyry stone layers of Siefersheim. Simon grew up among the heat-retaining, fertile and limestone rich soils surrounding Wahlheim.
We consider ourselves fortunate to be able to work with these unique terroirs. Crafting this special character into our wines motivates and fulfils us.
Our grape varieties, Riesling, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are the perfect terroir ambassadors for our region.
We love our fertile limestone soil in Wahlheim and our natural porphyry stone soil surrounding Siefersheim.

We have learned our vocation at the best wineries and we are happy to now be able to create our own organic wines full of character. Our wines are creations full of joy and rooted in origin, just like us.
We are dedicated to organic viticulture and are proud that we decided early on to pursue this path.
Simon is deeply immersed in the practice of organic viticulture, creating compost, sowing various plants in the vineyard as well as utilizing his ecological craftsmanship.

The scent of garden herbs, sweet and tart redcurrants, hand-collected walnuts, and a deep green bean trellis.
In her large vegetable garden, Klara‘s grandmother shows that expe rience, handiwork and healthy soils can achieve great produce.

A true paradise. Our wines reflect their origins. In order to achieve this, we work with our hands and with all our senses. The harvest is the unique moment, when it becomes tangible what the future holds.

The old vaulted ceiling cellar is a quiet retreat for us and our wines. The clocks down here tick down some what slower because it takes time to develop true character. Our wines ferment with wild yeasts and our trust. We know our vineyards well and harvest healthy grapes, so we can be sure that great wines are being created.

Our estate wines bring together the best of our two worlds: limestone and por phyry, origin and drinking pleasure, and the touch of both of us. All our wines are handcrafted by us: Klara and Simon.

Our origin wines show the special character of each individual terroir. The limestone and porphyry soils create unique wines. They are grown in the finest and oldest vineyards. Our origin wines are given extra time in our cellars to allow them to fully develop.
